Besides many forms of yoga, (and yoga teacher training and yoga retreats) we also offer Pilates and meditation classes. Our natural therapies clinic offers fabulous massage and complementary medicine treatments such as naturopathy, acupuncture, bowen therapy and energetic healing. 

A Fertile Hub - Life Source is centre for natural fertility care. We offer more prenatal yoga classes per week than any other studio with teachers who specialise in prenatal yoga. In our clinic we have therapists who specialise in preconception and post conception care. They include naturopaths, a bowen therapist and acupuncturists who support many women through their pregnancies.
