Restorative Yoga - Mini Workshops
Enjoy a relaxation special guaranteed to let you zone out of tension and zone into bliss. These sessions feature therapeutic postures using the support of props. The equipment allows for longer passive holds which will restore the nervous system and rejuvenate the whole self. As the postures are 'effortless' it means you actually harness energy without spending any energy, so it's sort of like getting free energy from the universe!
Each class concludes with a long guided Yoga Nidra relaxation, guaranteed to cultivate the peace within, leave you deeply refreshed, and help you tap into your happy space more easily.
Restorative Yoga is ideal for yoga if you:
- work hard
- suffer low energy or feel drained
- are injured
- are recovering from surgery
- are getting over an illness
- feel stress
- desire mental calmness and clarity
- are pregnant

- want to know how to better care for yourself

Prenatal Yoga
Life Source is a prenatal yoga specialist centre, with our classes featuring experienced specialist teachers. Yoga is highly recommended during pregnancy although if you are new to yoga, we advise you begin after the first trimester. We offer specialised classes with postures that are specially adapted to suit your needs during each stage of pregnancy. Our clients report that common complaints associated with pregnancy are often eased or disappear altogether as a result of practising yoga. The techniques learnt also prepare you for childbirth.
Prenatal yoga courses start each week. Once you are registered you can swap between classes as you wish. Prior booking is needed by calling 8904 0202

Calm Mind
During this 8 week course you will be guided through meditations of self-enquiry to lead you on your path to mental well-being. Learn what hinders your quest for clarity of thought, contentment and a happy, healthy self-confidence, while nurturing positive mental attitudes to sustain a balanced and happy life.
Inspired by 7 years of practice in teaching meditation courses, qualified Counsellor Alison, focuses on giving individuals tools that can be applied to daily life to overcome stress and anxiety.

Yoga Teacher Training
This 11 month program will transform your life, deepen your yoga practice and equip you with a new career with which to bring the gift of yoga to others.
Besides giving you the skills you need to become a safe, responsible, adept and inspiring teacher which will have your students coming back for more, this course is designed to suit busy students who still need to attend to family, social and full time work commitments, not to mention your commitment to your own happiness during the course.
This course is suitable for those from every yoga tradition. It's not necessary to be at a particular level in your own fitness or asana practice. |

Retreat leader Christina Brown
A yoga and meditation practitioner since 1989, Naturopath Christina Brown lives and breathes the philosophy of a natural life. During the past 16 years, Christina has studied and taught yoga worldwide. She is the author of four books on yoga and natural therapies, including The Yoga Bible which has been translated into over ten languages. Christina is passionate about yoga and her students enjoy her light-hearted enthusiastic approach to practice.
