Pilates is brilliant for bad backs and it's easy on the knees too. After a single session you'll feel taller, and your waist will feel longer and thinner. After a few sessions, you'll notice your posture improving as your core strength develops. Tuesdays 5.30-6.30pm. Next class begins 6th May.

Healing Meditations for the mind, body and spirit with the power of your mind. Using breathwork and guided meditations this course is designed to calm your mind and ease turbulent emotions. Join our group and see for yourself how mediations heal the mind and the body and stop those little things from getting you down. This 8 week course includes weekly guided relaxation plus various meditation techniques with Alison, a counsellor and meditation teacher with over seven years experience. Discover the great results of these powerful practices all in a lunchbreak!

Yoga Body & Breath Course
Discover the power of the breath with this hatha yoga course combining a half of hour of pranayama each evening. The course will focus on al lthe classic breathing techniques to allow you to uncover your natural breath. Each hatha yoga sequence will bring awareness to a different element of health. Suitable for all levels of yoga.

$8 Yoga Casual Classes Enjoy yoga classes conducted by our soon-to -graduate yoga teacher trainees. These smaller classes feature two teachers close to completing their one year training. They offer yoga indvidualised guidance and adjustments to help you perfect your alignment and get the most out of your practice. Each class is just $8 or use your class pass if you prefer.
