ANGELA
An 'accidental yogi' -- Angela first started yoga as a favour for a friend who was undergoing his teacher training. Soon, she was impressed by the mental, physical and spiritual benefits of yoga, and started using yoga as a means to balance her hectic life in the corporate world. Since then, she has studied yoga in Singapore and Australia, before completing her teacher training with Christina Brown in Sydney. Angela teaches Hatha and dynamic flow classes, with a strong focus on aligment to guide students in and out of the poses safely. Her classes are infused with meditation and breathing practices, and most importantly laughter. Students find themselves finishing her class with toned and stretched muscles, a calm and relaxed mind, and a smile on their faces. For someone who discovered her innate ability and passion for yoga fairly late in life, Angela believes that the same could be true for others. "It's never too late to start." |
