LAUREN
Lauren is an inspiring teacher, encouraging her students to reach further than they believed possible, all the while leading a light and joyous class. Originally Lauren came to yoga for stress relief and to develop a leaner, stronger body. Working in a high paced, dynamic career in the corporate sector at that time, she found that yoga had a profoundly positive affect on the health of her nervous system, and thus her mental and emotional wellbeing.“When you learn the art of letting go, you can enjoy the beauty and wisdom of the asana's, it is a profoundly peaceful place, a point of bliss (samadhi) when you let go of intention, the past and the future. Either working dynamically, using a form of moving meditation , or sitting in stillness – yoga will subtly shift your awareness on every level.” |

REMY
Remy has always had a passion for exploring edges. In 2002, after being part of the first expedition to row down the 5th longest river in the world - through Mongolia and Siberia - Remy began to move his passion for exploration towards the inner journey with his yoga practice. He completed a year of intensive yoga study in Asia with masters of diverse backgrounds. Remy teaches classes offering an appropriate practice for each individual within the group.
Remy loves the system of yoga because it is both flexible and nuanced; it offers an appropriate practice for everybody; it is open to change, welcoming new information about wellness and spirituality; and it invites people to discover what works for them. Remy's specialities include power yoga, inversions and pranayama. He also brings a strong knowledge of anatomy and alignment to class.

TAMARA
Tamara has enjoyed Pilates since she her days completing her dance degree at University. She has been teaching Pilates since 2004 and is still convinced how beneficial and important the Pilates method is to her students who hold office jobs or those who need to realign, strengthen and mobilse their bodies. She has seen first hand the positive changes in strength, suppleness, breathing and circulation, plus the added benefits of de-stressing and energising Pilates has given them.
In Tamara's mat classes she gives attention to detail, so that each person feels like they have achieved something another step forward. Tamara's nature is happy and peaceful and also hopes people can feel relaxed and have fun in her classes.
