All of our therapists are confident, qualified, experienced in their field, and passionate about what they do. They are all registered with their professional associations which allows most clients to claim health fund rebates - just mention your health fund when you book. ELIZA BALL

Eliza Ball is a fully trained Naturopath, Bowen Therapist and NET therapist with a particular interest in the Blood Group diet, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Chronic Fatigue, Natural Fertility and the impact of modern living on the human body. In her treatments, she utilises a variety of core health assessment techniques including Cellular Health Analysis to establish and monitor cellular health, track progress and maintain the results of her health rejuvenation program. HIROMI OKADA-ZALEWSKI
Remedial Massage Therapist, Reflexologist

Hiromi first learnt Reflexology from a book and used it to relieve her father's pain when he was suffering from cancer. From these self taught beginnings, Hiromi undertook over two years of study, qualifying as a Remedial Massage Therapist and Reflexologist.  Her therapeutic massage treatments always include a little foot work to increase organ function and promote relaxation. Her speciality is a 90 minute treatment consisting of a full Reflexology treatment plus half an hour back and neck massage.

SUE BOOTH
Acupuncturist, Chinese Herbalist, Midwife. (B.H.Sc TCM (UTS) RN, RM.)

Want to become pregnant or simply want the best possible pregnancy and labour? Sue is our resident midwife specializing in all things female. With referrals from obstetricians and midwives, Sue has helped hundreds of women to achieve the pregnancy and labour outcomes they hope for. Specialities include preconception, infertility, pre and post IVF treatment, morning sickness, back pain, swelling, breech babies and birth preparations for before baby to wonderful restorative treatments for after baby comes. SARAH FOLWELL

Sarah practices : Remedial massage (specialising in trigger pont therapy), Sports massage (including pre-post event), Relaxation massage, Thai and oriental massage, Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Cupping, Gua sha and Chinese Herbal Medicine. Through improved circulation of blood, lymph and energy (Qi) and the subsequent regulation of systems within the body, these techniques aim to optimize your total well being. KERRIN BOOTH
Naturopath, Herbalist, Massage Therapist (ND, DRM, Dip. Nutr., Dip. Hom., Reiki II)

Kerrin Booth has almost 15 years experience as a Naturopath including a 4 year stint in London where she managed the Practitioner Department of Blackmores UK. She utilises a variety of methods including dietary changes, nutritional supplementation, herbal medicine, Celloid mineral therapy, Australian bush flower essences, Bach flower remedies and homoeopathy. Kerrin has also studied wholistic animal care, has Reiki II certification and does remedial massage, lymphatic drainage massage and ear candling. Visit Kerrin's site.

LOUISE JEFFREY
BSc (Hons) Acupuncture, Licentiate in Acupuncture (London)

Louise graduated with a BSc Honours degree and Licentiate in Acupuncture from the University of Portsmouth in the UK. She is a member of the ATMS, which means she upholds a strict code of ethics and accountability.

Louise provides Acupuncture, lifestyle and nutritional advice for people of all ages, with a special interest in women's health, fertility, pregnancy and postnatal care. Having two small children of her own, she understands not only the demands of being a parent, but also what a privilege it is to be able to carry a child and give birth. Bringing her experience with Traditional Chinese Medicine and parenting together, she believes in working in partnership with her clients to help restore balance to the body, maximising the chance of conception, and resulting in a healthy and happy pregnancy, birth and baby.

JULIAN ZANELLI
Psychotherapist (Body Oriented), Dip Som. Psych.

Julian assists people as they move from experiencing difficult feelings, thoughts, and behaviours toward freedom, clarity and aliveness. With a decade of experience in the field of complementary health, Julian is an accomplished individual/group counsellor and psychotherapist. His work focuses on bringing about health and wellbeing through the mind-body connection. He previously worked for eight years as a Shiatsu therapist, has co-facilitated yoga and self development retreats and run groups on understanding and transforming anger. This wealth of knowledge shines through in Julian's work assisting his clients as they navigate a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship, grief or chronic illness.

CHRISTINA BROWN
Yoga Therapy

Christina Brown has 18 years yoga experience covering a wide range of traditions and has been teaching for twelve. She has had several books published, including five on yoga. The Yoga Bible is available in ten other languages and her newest book, Quick and Easy Yoga is out now. She has undertaken two extended study trips in India and studied at the Yoga Therapy Centre in London. Christina directs the Teacher Training Program at Life Source where she teaches public classes, and leads regular retreats.
