To provide a one stop wellness centre for our community to feel better and look better, enjoy life and live life to the fullest.
We are more than just a simple studio. In fact we are more like a wellness club, with so many regulars welcoming new friends. Come along and experience our warm welcome, great treatments and life enhancing classes.
Our space
As you walk into the centre, you will immediately sense the relaxed zen atmosphere – spacious, natural light, fresh air, warm and friendly instructors. We share the space with Aikido Australia, and have green tatami flooring that’s firm yet easy on the joints and great for savasana.
We offer different styles of yoga, Pilates and meditation classes. There are over 14 classes a week to choose from. Classes include:
- Hatha Yoga – to stretch and tone;
- Power Flow Yoga – to build strength and stamina;
- Yin Yoga – for deep stretching;
- Pre-Natal Yoga – to support your pregnancy
- Pilates – to increase core strength; and
- Private Session – customised to your needs
Our corporate wellness program
We have helped many organisations to develop program ways to improve the well-being for their staff. These could involve onsite fitness program, health week expo or a wellness break during staff conference. Our unique North Sydney centre is also available for organisations looking for offsite fitness location for their staff.
Teacher Training Programs
We also run a well-established yoga teacher training program, and have graduated over 110 inspiring teachers. Our Level 1 yoga teacher training is registered with Yoga Australia. The part time 12 month (360 hours) training includes teaching methodology, yogic philosophy, yogic physiology, applied anatomy, asana, pranayama, communication & counselling skills and meditation.
Our advance (post graduate) teacher training program includes Pre-natal and Post Natal Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Therapy.
