Join us for an amazing yoga retreat to strengthen, lengthen, build agility and boost vitality.

Live On a Higher Plane… You will love our invitation to breakthrough to a higher level by making the external form of your yoga practice more artful and alive. At the same time, the internal form becomes more centered, meditative as you transcend to a deeper place of relaxation.

We will also encourage those feeling reticent in some aspects of their practice towards confidence in safely pushing their edges. Both experienced yogis and those newer to yoga will find the postures unique for them: comfortable, yet vibrant and appropriately challenging.

During this healthy and wholesome weekend, you will also enjoy special breath work and meditation sessions. Experience a comprehensive range of postures, including a workshop breaking down the art of the practice, ascertaining your weak spots and how to best treat them. Delight in time for reflection, bush walks, beach wanders; a whole body spring clean.

What you can expect…

ENVIRONMENT – Expect expansive greenery and old world charm of Mittagong. Here you can enjoy contemplation in nature and experience a deep sense of connection with all life, or simply relax and take a dip in the summer pool

NUTRITION – Feel healthy from within as you enjoy fresh and wholesome food. Join our cooking workshop and learn how to cook with our Lunch Lady Lou.

PRACTICE – Prepare to strengthen your body and mind with daily yoga and meditation session. Find your edge and balance to breakthrough your life on and off your yoga mat.

RESULT: Allow yourself to unwind the body and mind, enhance your life and be inspired!

Your Yoga Guide… …

An ‘accidental yogi’ – Angela started yoga as a ‘guinea pig student’ for a friend. Soon she was impressed by the mental, physical and spiritual benefits of yoga and started using yoga to balance her hectic life in the corporate world. Since then, she has studied yoga in Singapore & Australia, and is now the director and owner of Life Source Yoga & Health.

An economist-small business owner-yoga teacher, Angela understands the struggle for work life balance and the need to bring wellness into our lives. Her vision is to provide the environment and tools to support and enhance everyone’s wellbeing, to better manage the stress & tension in their body & mind, and live life to the fullest potential.

On this retreat, you will give yourself a chance to nourish your body and mind as you deepen your asana, breathing and meditation practices and immerse yourself with nature.
